Ever wonder which search quereys would win in a fight? Google fight provides the answer. It runs a simultaneous search on two sets of text and then tells you which one got the most responses from Google. That one wins the fight. Turns out, "pen" beats the crap out of "sword." Halo Zero

A 2-D version of Halo. Now you can own aliens vicariously through Master Chief in 2D Sprite form. Includes campaign and multiplayer modes (I haven't tried multiplayer) and is kind of fun. It's also kind of free, which is the best part.

At first I heard there was going to be a movie about talking cars, and I couldn't help but think "LAME!" Now, though, as more visuals from the movie come out, I can't help but be impressed by the look of this film. Maybe I'll give it a chance.

C'etait un Rendezvous

What do you get when a filmmaker has his race car driver buddy strap a gyro-stabilized camera to the front of his Ferrari and tearass through the streets of 1976 Paris? An amazing video, is what you get. This clip features chills, thrills, and notable Paris landmarks, not to mention an amazing sense of speed. They didn't block off any streets or warn any people or anything, and the first time the filmmaker showed the film in public he was arrested. The actual driver is unknown to this day. Thanks Nate, for the tipoff.

This flash app will read your mind. Sort of. Very intriguing at first, but then you can probably tell how it's done. This is really more of an "are you smarter than will" test. The former late night host of Tech TV's Unscrewed is back, and, it's nice to see, still really funny. The new form he has taken is that of a podcast called Infected. They talk about tech news and weird stuff, and a highlight of the episode is the commercials they do for their sponsor, The Olive Garden.

Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny

Official site for the forthcoming Tenacious D movie. If you're very religious, you might want to stay away, however. Satan seems to be heavily involved in the movie, going so far as to executive produce. There are a couple of fun clips on here right now with, I can only hope, more to come soon. Long live the D.

This page advertises and sells a product that claims to be the tofu-based equivilent of Human Flesh. Just think of how tofu-pups put that delicious bean curd in the place of the assorted pig odds and ends that usually make up hotdogs. It's like that, but with people. Thanks to Zensho for the link.

Squidbillies - Floor It

Game featuring the Squidbillies, straight from their new show during the sunday night adult swim time block on cartoon network. It's a fun game, no matter if you're into the show or not. The things that characters say ruined my first few games by making me laugh to hard to be able to control the game properly.
