Here's a podcast presented by the UK paper The Times' website featuring John Oliver of the Daily Show and Andy Zaltzman of nothing I'm familiar with. It's just two fairly dry British guys making jokes about the news. Their recurring segments are also very good, with my favorites being "Ask and American" and "Hotties from History."
