The other day someone at work came across this list of every reason why David Banner ever hulked out in the Hulk TV show. It's amazing. The reasons range from "8. Being mauled by a bear" to "48. Helping Ray Walston out with a magic trick by allowing himself to be chained up and put in a tank of water, only to find that drunk Ray has forgotten to leave the escape key inside the tank."

I thought that, too. From what I hear on the old TV show, though, it was David. (or else wikipedia lied to me!)
